Challenge
The sales and finance teams at Al Kabeer were manually preparing daily and monthly reports by consolidating data from multiple branches due to decentralized system. This process was time-consuming, error-prone, and often led to delays in decision-making due to inconsistent reporting formats and late submissions. Additionally, routine data entry and report distribution tasks consumed valuable time from key staff.
Solution
Developed a fully automated reporting workflow using Python and Excel, tailored to Al Kabeer’s multi-branch structure.
