A healthcare app connecting patients and caregivers for daily activity tracking, built for a UK startup in collaboration with the NHS.
Built for a Tritone Health, a UK-based health tech startup in collaboration with the NHS, Bubble Care is a mobile app designed to streamline support for individuals with care needs. It connects patients with caregivers, enabling real-time activity tracking and improved daily health management.
The platform was developed with two main user groups in mind:
🧑🦽 Care Recipients – Individuals with ongoing health or support needs
🧑⚕️ Health Care Providers – Nurses, caregivers, or healthcare assistants
Core features included:
📋 Daily Task Logging – Caregivers can mark completed activities such as medication intake, meals, hygiene, and exercises
🔔 Reminders & Alerts – Time-based alerts ensure tasks aren't missed
📈 Progress Tracking – Overview dashboards to monitor improvements or deviations
👥 Multi-role Access – Role-based logins for patients, carers, and admins
📱 Developed natively for Android (Java) and iOS (Swift) to ensure smooth performance and offline access
This version was foundational in establishing the app’s key workflows and user flows. While newer versions have since been released, the core concept and user experience were carried forward from the version I helped build.
While most of my client reviews are NDA-protected (because, you know, top-secret agency white label stuff), I managed to sneak in a few favorites from my previous partners.
